At the opening ceremony of GrapChina 2018 hold in Xi'an, China on Sep 19, 3 certificates of International Graphene Product Certificate Center (IGCC) were issued to applicants. 

Dr. Norbert Fabricius (chairman of IGCC technical committee, consultant of China Innovation Alliance of the Graphene Industry (CGIA), secretary of IEC/TC 113 Nanotechnology, responsible of standardization committee within the EU FET Flagship Initiative Graphene), signed and issued the three IGCC certificates to Shandong Leadernano Tech. Co., Ltd., Qitaihe Bao Tai Long Graphene New Material Co., Ltd., and AIKA Innovative Technology Co., Ltd., respectively. 

IGCC, officially established on Jan 18, 2018, is a global independent third-party certification organization founded by China Innovation Alliance of the Graphene Industry (CGIA), Phantoms Foundation, a renown graphene platform based in Europe, as well as some other relevant organizations. IGCC relies on the advantages of various graphene industry platforms around the world, adopts advanced standards as the certification standard, integrates top-level testing resources, to provide professional, high-quality, and package solution of certification services to customers around the world, maintaining a contractual spirit for the industry and building a trusted platform for the market and decision-makers.

Unlike the other certificate bodies, IGCC holds the philosophy of “Certificate + Improvement”, which means its work is not limited to evaluate the certified party and issue the certificate, more importantly, the experts of IGCC audit group will introduce advanced management method and tools to the certified body based on its own situation, in order to accelerate the industrialization of the whole graphene industry.
